Justice and Peace Conference 21st-23 July 2017 by Sister Bridgetta Rooney, CSJP

Two hundred seventy peace activists attended the weekend at the Swanwick Conference Centre, including Bridgetta and Sue Sanderson, CSJP-A. The three major speakers took Laudato Si’ as their theme.

June 5 is celebrated each year in the Congregation as Founder's Day, when we honor Mother Francis Clare, celebrate her gift to the Congregation, and renew our commitment to stand with the poor. This year we also are excited to share the newly revised and updated video of our founding story, produced by Peace Ministries, Inc. as a resource for our sponsored ministries.

NGO Committee on Migration Letter to Nikki Haley

The NGO Committee on Migration is looking for individual U.S. citizens to sign on to a letter to UN Ambassador Nikki Haley, regarding implementation of the Executive Orders on deportation. The deadline for signatures is June 2nd.
